Learning to do my own nails like a pro

I started with doing my own nails with polish. This is frustrating because if you're not good at it, the results are ugly. But nail polish is easy to remove so you can practice often.

Started watching YouTube channels about DIY gel nail polish. Gel seems harder, but is actually easier than nail polish because it self levels. Also, you don't have to wait for it to dry, reducing the chances of messing up. My favorite channel:

Bought Koko & Claire gel system. Gel polish is hard to remove, which is why most people don't want to DIY. K&C's system allows you to remove gel polish with just hot water. Dramatically reduces time and effort required to maintain gel nails.
